Sports 2 All Mentoring Programme

Sports 2 All delivers structured, council-aligned mentoring programmes designed to support children and young people who require consistent guidance, early intervention and positive role modelling.

Our standard mentoring programme includes:

  • 5 hours per week of dedicated 1:1 mentoring

  • 2 hours per week of structured sport and physical activity

This blended model allows us to build strong, consistent relationships through mentoring while using sport as a practical tool to develop resilience, discipline, teamwork and self-regulation.

Structured Weekly Model

Our Framework & Reach

We work in partnership with local authorities, schools and multi-agency teams to provide targeted mentoring support for children facing challenges such as low confidence, poor attendance, behavioural concerns, emotional wellbeing needs or risk of disengagement.

Our Approach

Our mentoring is:

  • Relationship-led and consistent

  • Goal-oriented with clear developmental targets

  • Structured around measurable outcomes

  • Safeguarding-focused and professionally supervised

Mentors provide stability, accountability and guidance. Sessions focus on areas such as emotional regulation, confidence-building, decision-making, aspiration-setting and personal responsibility.

The additional 2 hours of structured sport supports physical wellbeing while reinforcing core life skills in a practical environment.

Monitoring & Accountability

We provide:

  • Individual support plans

  • Weekly session logs

  • Attendance tracking

  • Behaviour and engagement monitoring

  • Progress reviews with referring bodies

  • Recommendations for wider service involvement where appropriate

This ensures councils and schools receive clear evidence of engagement and impact.

Who We Support

We typically work with children and young people who:

  • Are at risk of exclusion

  • Require early intervention support

  • Need positive male or female role models

  • Are experiencing low confidence or emotional challenges

  • Would benefit from structured mentoring outside the classroom

Our aim is long-term, sustainable change — improving attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and overall life outcomes.
