Alternative Provision

At Sports 2 All, we specialise in delivering structured Alternative Provision that supports the personal development, engagement and behavioural progress of children and young people outside of mainstream classroom settings.

Our Approach & Impact

We believe that sport is a powerful intervention tool. When delivered with structure, clear boundaries and positive reinforcement, it can significantly improve self-discipline, emotional regulation, confidence and decision-making. We have consistently seen the physical and psychological benefits that structured activity brings to young people who may be disengaged from education or at risk of exclusion.

Our provision is relationship-led. Positive, consistent role models are central to our approach. Many of the young people we support benefit from stable adult figures who provide guidance, accountability and encouragement. We prioritise building professional, healthy relationships that foster trust and create the foundation for long-term behavioural change.

This relational approach enables young people to open up in a safe and structured environment. As a result, we are able to provide more detailed session reporting, behavioural observations and practical recommendations to referring schools, local authorities or partner agencies. Our insight supports informed decision-making and coordinated multi-agency support where required.

How We Work

Our 1:1 sessions are bespoke and flexible, using a range of sports and activities as engagement tools. The core objective is always to build trust, develop accountability and create sustainable positive change.

We maintain strong communication with parents and carers to ensure transparency, shared expectations and consistent messaging around goals and progress. Clear reporting forms are used for every programme to track attendance, engagement, behavioural development and outcomes.

Where We Work & Why It Matters

Name,We work with PRUs and mainstream schools across Surrey, Slough, Buckinghamshire, Reading and Windsor & Maidenhead, collaborating closely with SENCOs, DSLs and inclusion leads. We are intentionally selective in our referrals to ensure that we only take on placements where we are confident we can deliver measurable impact.

Our focus is not short-term activity — it is meaningful intervention that supports improved attendance, better behaviour, increased resilience and successful reintegration where appropriate.
